Pittsburgh, PA(PittsburghNewsWire.com) — Dr. Shellie Hipsky and her Inspiring Lives Team are excited to announce the premiere of the television show “Inspiring Lives with Dr. Shellie”! It will be airing in New York City on MNN and globally streamed. Locally in the tri-state area around Pittsburgh, this new show that was taped at the WPXI studios will begin air the fall season on Sept 24, Monday 7:30PM on the following PCNC channel designation providers:

“Inspiring Lives with Dr. Shellie” is an inspirational talk show marked by the life stories of people who have triumphed over personal obstacles and are now reaching out to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Dr. Shellie Hipsky is an Associate Education Professor at Robert Morris University, author of her 5th book “Ordinary People Extraordinary Planet”, owner of TheLearningMountain.com & Inspiring Lives, L.L.C., a global public speaker, and now the host of the TV Talk Show “Inspiring Lives with Dr. Shellie”.

Season One spotlights 26 non-profit charities and features 13 amazing guests, four of whom are:

• Getrude Matshe, the current International Rooney Scholar at Robert Morris University who is the founder and CEO of Africa Alive Education Foundation, an organization that supports HIV orphans
• Roy Juarez, Jr. was homeless at 14 with his siblings so as an adult he founded the Homeless by Choice Tour which inspired 100,000 youth to dream, not give up on life, and understand the value of a higher education.
• Alicia Kozakiewicz, Pittsburgh survivor of the first cyber predator kidnapping who founded “The Alicia Project” a foundation that helps give a voice to exploited and missing children.
