HEADED TO WORLD RENOWNED JAZZ FESTIVAL
The 25th Annual Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest to Feature Some of the Worlds Top Jazz Artists

 

PITTSBURGH, PA (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — After 24 years the Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest presented by the Berks Arts Council, located in Reading, Pennsylvania has become one of the most prestigious jazz festivals in the world. Throughout the years some of the most famous jazz artists have performed at the event including the late Betty Carter, Jeff Golub, Joe Sample, Stanley Turrentine and Grover Washington.

On April 17, 2015 Pittsburgh’s Next Generation of Music Legends is providing an opportunity for Pittsburgher’s to enjoy segments of the event by hosting an overnight bus trip to the 25th Annual Fest. One of the featured events includes R&B balladeer and crooners Will Downing and Phil Perry appearing on the same stage. Alex Bugnon, Rick Braun, Peter White and Euge Groove are other highlighted performers. The night will end with the Midnight Jam with Gerald Veasley.
