PR: Neville Chemical Company Announces Promotion of Denise J. Butler

PITTSBURGH, PA (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — Effective July 1, 2017, the Board of Directors of Neville Chemical Company has promoted Denise J. Butler to Chief Operating Officer.

In her new position, Denise will maintain her duties as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.

Denise was hired in 1997 as an Accountant in the Financial Division and was subsequently promoted to Senior Accountant (July 1999), Controller (January 2005) and Director of Finance (January 2006).

On April 23, 2008, the Board of Directors of Neville Chemical Company promoted Denise to Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.  At the same time she was elected to the Board of Directors.

In November 2013, Denise was awarded the title of 2013 Pittsburgh Business Times CFO of the Year in the category Private for Profit, 100-749 Employees.

Denise received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1995 and a Master of Business Administration degree in 2003, both from Robert Morris University.

Neville Chemical Company is a major producer of hydrocarbon resins and other specialties at its Neville Island, Pennsylvania plant.
