PR: Hardin Compliance Consulting announces David Blue has joined the firm as Managing Director, Strategic Planning

PITTSBURGH, PA (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — Hardin Compliance Consulting LLC is pleased to announce the addition of David Blue as Managing Director, Strategic Planning. According to CEO Matt Hardin, “David will spearhead HCC’s growth initiatives as we capitalize on our second decade of success.”  David Blue was also enthusiastic about this new opportunity, saying “I am excited to be joining HCC and furthering the firm’s growth through strategic initiatives and business combinations as we strive to be the consultancy of choice in the securities compliance consulting industry.”  Blue started his career as a paralegal at a large Washington DC law firm in the securities practice group, and then took a position at Mellon Financial, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions.  He subsequently worked on transactions at Duquesne Light and for the past ten years was Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Extremity Imaging Partners, Inc., a medical imaging firm with a regional presence.   David received his B.A. in political science from Georgetown University in 1983, and played basketball all four years for the Hoyas.  He received his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill – Kenan-Flagler Business School (1990).
