Specialty Group Brokers Deal for Pittsburgh’s Iconic Arsenal Bowl

PITTSBURGH, PA (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — Specialty Group, a Pittsburgh-based commercial real-estate brokerage firm that specializes in bars and restaurants, has recently brokered the sale of Pittsburgh’s iconic Arsenal Bowl.

This well-known entertainment venue, located on Butler Street in Lawrenceville, went on the market in June after the second-generation ownership announced plans to retire after decades in the business.

The news of the sale created an incredible reaction in Pittsburgh, causing the story to reach beyond the region and create a social media flurry among Pittsburgh residents.

At this time, the new owners have not been announced. Specialty Group is handling the license transfer and expects approval before year-end.
