COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF UPPER ST. CLAIR PLANS A “BIRTHDAY BASH” ON APRIL 21 IN HONOR OF THREE DECADES OF USC PARTNERSHIPS AND INVESTING IN OUR COMMUNITY.

PITTSBURGH, PA, March 20, 2023 (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania: Hosting a CASINO NIGHT with dinner, dancing, and dedications, and featuring the band NO BAD JUJU, the Community Foundation of Upper St. Clair invites the public to its 30th birthday “main event” on Friday, April 21 from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. in the St. Clair Country Club.

NO BAD JUJU is a locally acclaimed, eight-piece band combining a diverse blend of classic R&B, soul, rock, pop, and top-40 music.
Additional entertainment will be provided by the five-star rated Elite Casino, providing a variety of “fake gambling” table games including blackjack.

At their regular Board of Trustees meeting on February 7, 2023, Linda Serene was voted to receive the CFUSC Visionary Leadership Award and James Bennett will be recognized as the recipient of the CommUNITY Outreach Award. In addition, CFUSC history displays and a Walk-of-Fame will spotlight other major innovators and contributors to this unique community asset, including many of the 1993-2023 donors, officers, and volunteers, and the 30th anniversary gala sponsors: Don’s Appliances, Henderson Brothers, Louis Anthony Jewelers, Simona Paulter, Angela Petersen, Steel City Lawyer, Amanda Walton, Julie Welter, and the current CFUSC Board of Trustees.

According to CFUSC President Justin Schmidt, this will be “the biggest party of the year!” Master of Ceremonies/Trustee Gordon Mathews added, “Join your friends in celebration of what makes CFUSC and USC so great, and while you’re at it, enjoy all of the food, fun, and festivities for an evening out dressed in Vegas attire or FUN business casual.”
