Application FAQ:
- Educational Commitment: Applicants must demonstrate their dedication to the pursuit of an educational program and licensing as a real estate agent.
- Enrollment: Scholarship recipients are required to enroll in the educational program provided by the scholarship within 30 days of receiving the scholarship.
- Coursework Completion: Online coursework must be completed within 6 months of enrollment.
- Payment to Institution: The scholarship award will be paid directly to the educational institution on behalf of the recipient.
- Licensing: Upon successful completion of the required 75 hours of Pre-Licensing education, award recipients must apply to take the required exams to obtain a real estate sales license.
- Commitment: Applicants agree to place their real estate license with Regency Crest Realty, attend training modules, and actively participate in the sales program for a minimum of 12 months.
