Experienced family caregivers will share their personal stories, offering advice, support, and encouragement for those caring for or grieving the loss of a loved one.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Soup Demonstration: A pre-recorded step-by-step guide to making a nutritious and comforting soup, perfect for busy caregivers.
- Caregiver2Caregiver Mentorship Program: Discussions on the significance of caregiver mentorship and how it can help reduce isolation.
- Q&A Opportunities: A Q&A session for participants to learn more about Hope Grows’ programs and services.
This webinar is free to attend and open to all family caregivers seeking inspiration and guidance. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, participate in the discussion, and leave with new tools and perspectives to help them thrive on their caregiving journey.
“Caregiving is an emotional and often overwhelming journey,” said Lisa Story. “Our goal is to provide caregivers with not just a new recipe to make for their families, but also a space where they can connect, share experiences, and gain the mentorship they need to support both themselves and their loved ones. This webinar series will offer practical skills for daily caregiving while emphasizing the importance of mentorship and community support for those on this path.”
The webinar is free; however, registration is required. To reserve your spot, please visit hopegrows.org/event/winterkitchen or email info@hopegrows.org for more information.
