Pittsburgh, PA (PittsburghNewsWire.com) —  Members of House Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness Committee will be visiting the Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire Training Academy – 1395 Washington Blvd on Thursday September 19, 2013 at 9:30am. The Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire will showcase their 32 week fire recruit program and demonstrate how the fire service has evolved over the years into an “All Hazards Service”.
