Guides for the weekend include Melissa Ghelarducci Hancock, Divorce Resolution Specialist and Creator of I Do. I Did. I’m DONE!™, Tanya Chaney, Lifestyle Curator and Somatic Healing & Wellness Expert; and Kym Gable, TV Personality, Speaker, and Confidence Coach. Together, they will lead participants through raw workshops on boundaries, identity, and reclaiming joy; somatic practices to reset the nervous system; storytelling sessions to reclaim one’s voice; and connection circles designed to foster renewal.
Chaney will present “Untying the Knots: From Trauma to Reset,” an empowering session that helps participants gently release what holds them back and step into healing. Gable, a communications expert, will guide “Speaking and Communicating with Confidence,” where women will discover that confidence is not an inborn trait but a skill that can be cultivated at any stage of life. While her own story is one of building a healthy marriage, her message goes far beyond relationships. She’ll share strategies every woman can use to rebuild confidence, set boundaries, and step fully into her next chapter.
With Melissa’s expertise in divorce recovery and coaching, Tanya’s somatic wisdom, and Kym’s focus on communication and confidence, the retreat offers a powerful blend of tools and support to help women begin again with clarity, courage, and connection.
In addition to the core program, participants may opt to enhance their experience with two unique offerings: Nashville Nights with Jerrod Niemann, and a private, women-focused historic tour of the Trans-Allegheny Asylum on Saturday, exploring women’s history and resilience. Guests will also enjoy a welcome dinner on Friday, a lake house lunch on Saturday, and access to Stonewall Resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, steam and sauna facilities, hiking and biking trails, shuttle service, fitness center, and sweeping lake views.
“This retreat is about more than just moving past divorce, it is about reclaiming your life, your voice, and your joy,” said Melissa Ghelarducci Hancock, retreat creator. “With the guidance of our expert team and the beauty of Stonewall Resort, women will leave feeling renewed and ready for their next chapter.”
The retreat will take place November 7–9, 2025. For more information, pricing, payment options, and details on gift certificates, visit divorcecoachmelissa.com.
