Steubenville Pike Auto to give away 11th car this holiday season!

PITTSBURGH, PA (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — On December 21st, Steubenville Pike Auto, Inc. in Robinson Township, will once again give away a refurbished, fully inspected, pre-owned vehicle to a local individual or family in need through its SPARC (Steubenville Pike Auto Repair Charity) Program.

   This December, Steubenville Pike Auto, Inc. will gift its eleventh vehicle to a local family in need.  The program is the idea of owner, Jason Pottle.  Steubenville Pike Auto is a full-service auto business offering auto sales, repair, and maintenance services.  With over twenty years in the business, Mr. Pottle has recognized a need for a local organization to provide free vehicles to people undergoing hardship.

   “The program helps recipients have an easier time getting to and from work, school events, doctors’ appointments and other life events,” Mr. Pottle explained.  Many of us have seen Steubenville Pike Auto grow from a small repair shop to the exciting business it is today.  “We’re proud to be a trusted independent auto repair facility in western Pennsylvania and we’re proud to give back to the community where we live and work!”

   Steubenville Pike Auto Repair Charity will be accepting nominations for an individual or family deserving of this opportunity from now through December 10, 2022. The ideal nominee is somebody who thinks of others before themselves, is in need of a vehicle but cannot afford one and resides in the local area. The winner will be announced December 21.  As with SPARC’s previous car donations, Heroes Supporting Heroes will generously pay all the required Pennsylvania state transfer fees.  The recipient must have a current Pennsylvania driver’s license and be able to obtain vehicle insurance.

   Nominations must include the name, address, phone number and email of both the nominee and nominating person, along with a statement explaining why the individual or family nominated needs and deserves a vehicle.
