Since its creation in 2019, Leadership Development LLC has presented its flagship program, LEAD, to over 60 school districts, positively impacting over 200,000 individuals. A book launch event will take place at PPG Paints Arena on January 15th from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. This special evening will celebrate the incredible contributors, including prominent public officials and regional leaders. (Invitation only)

About the Authors: Judge Ron Arnoni is the President of Leadership Development and a District Judge in Allegheny County. He was the General Manager of The Arnoni Group. He has served as a Mayor and Councilman. Judge Arnoni is a graduate of both the Allegheny County Police Academy and the State Academy. He served as a Special Agent in the Bureau of Criminal Investigations.
Mr. Brad Killmeyer is the Director of Leadership Training at Leadership Development. He has been a professional speaker since 2014 having delivered over 1,000 speeches across 35 states.
