DeBlaze at 131 Opens in Carnegie

PITTSBURGH, PA, March 27, 2023 (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — Doug and Kelsie DeBlasio have been making an impact in the restaurant industry for almost a decade, but it wasn’t until 2019 that they decided to carve their own path by opening their first restaurant, DeBlaze Grille, in Bridgeville.  After years of growth and a successful run, Doug and Kelsie realized it was time to relocate, as they outgrew their Bridgeville space, and so began their search for a new location that had the right ambience, structure and could handle their growing restaurant.

 

The new restaurant “DeBlaze at 131” offers patrons Italian-inspired seasonal dishes while paying homage to the traditional, classic Italian specialties using ingredients and pasta from local suppliers.  The restaurant features two floors for dining, a full-service bar, fun cocktails, adventurous wine list and has plenty of parking available.
