Paul was employed for over 20 years at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). He has Pennsylvania Drinking Water and Wastewater Operator’s licenses and has extensive knowledge of water and wastewater treatment and distribution systems. Paul was DEP’s Drinking Water Distribution System Optimization Coordinator and assisted in developing criteria for the Partnership for Safe Water Distribution System Optimization Program. Paul has conducted many water quality monitoring studies to assist water utilities with improving water quality.
