CHARITY SEEKS TO RAISE CAPITAL FOR FREE SPEECH CLOUD PROJECT

PITTSBURGH, PA (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — Goliad Technologies, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is raising funds through grants and on gofundme.com (https://gofund.me/a7eb60a1), among other websites, and intends to raise $500,000 to build out its first phase of cloud infrastructure in Pittsburgh, PA, which the organization sees as the site of its future datacenter.

Executive Director Sam Calkin said that this is the first step in the fight against big tech and censorship. We will first target charities’, civil rights groups’, and education institutions’ technology needs and work our way up to those with more technical needs. We will need highly technical people in Pittsburgh, PA, to set up and manage these resources.

Goliad Technologies operates differently than most cloud providers. We are built on strong contracts with our clients. Whether they are benefiting from our charity programs for free service or a paying customer, all customers will have a paper contract printed in plain English, signed and sealed or notarized by Goliad Technologies. Certain websites like Parlor and Gab would have benefited from such agreements, and we believe that people with legitimate controversial views will benefit as well.

While others—mainly on the right, such as Donald Trump and Mike Lindell—have said they will make their own cloud platform, they ended up simply being blogs. Goliad Technologies is not a political organization and does not support any candidates.

Goliad Technologies, being a civil rights and educational charity, will fill the voids left by traditional providers and be the platform that truly allows free speech, so much so that we will indemnify through tax-deductible donations our clients for the content on their website.

Goliad Technologies is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity based in Pittsburgh, PA. We provide free software, services, support, infrastructure, and platforms as well as target religious organizations, schools, other charities, and the community at large to better society. We also do independent research on technology, censorship, cloud technologies, and software from a high level.
