PITTSBURGH’S NORTH SUBURBS
“Hypnosis alters thinking,” Lambert explains, “but in order to experience true healing, there has to be a change in the heart as well. With heart-centered hypnotherapy, the limitations of the conscious mind is overcome, which opens up the world of the unconscious where both the subconscious programs and the super-conscious resides. It is a healing process.”
Explaining that each of us, through heart-centered energies, can access internal resources of strength, wisdom, and healing, Lambert plans to use his heart-centered hypnotherapy in the four-week Weight Release sessions. “This will be a time when we can begin together to identify, create and enhance those internal resources and build external support to explore, identify, and eliminate emotional barriers that have previously blocked us,” he adds.
The program is geared toward changing a person’s relationship to the “self’ that is caught up in unwanted behaviors and emotional states. Developed at The Wellness Institute, “Trim-Life” is used at major hospitals across the country with amazing results, including at the Cleveland Clinic where this form of therapy is the preferred modality in their Department of Integrative Medicine. Addressing the emotional connections people may have with food, the program is designed to help bring about positive changes, not just with weight release, but by altering negative emotional patterns as well. Each participant will receive a journal to aid in the journey.
