PITTSBURGH PA, April 28, 2026 (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — On Tuesday, May 5, Mad Mex celebrates Cinco de Mayo starting with a MEXtra special Breakfast menu at 10am at all locations. The party continues throughout the day with $6 Modelo Especial 22 ounce drafts & $5 Cazadores Blanco shots all day long! Mad Mex Robinson is hosting an outdoor celebration featuring live music from Tres Lads, festive food, prizes and more beginning at 4pm (music starts at 5:30pm). Mad Mex Cranberry, Monroeville and Mad Mex Canonsburg will be bringing the fiesta outdoors as well.

- Mad Mex Breakfast Burrito: Scrambled eggs with Monterey Jack cheese, grilled peppers, onions and home fries with choice of protein.
- Scrambled Egg Avodilla: Scrambled eggs plus avocado, grilled corn, pickled jalapeños, black beans, Monterey Jack cheese, cilantro, basil and a side of Mango Tomatillo salsa.
- Steak & Egg Quesadilla: Grilled flank steak, scrambled eggs, Jack cheese, fresh jalapeño slices, fajita onions and pico de gallo with a side of Original salsa.
