PENN BREWERY TOASTS TO REOPENING OF NORTHSIDE RESTAURANT AND BREWERY ON OCTOBER 8

PITTSBURGH, PA (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — October 8 Penn Brewery is pleased to announce the October 8 reopening of its Northside location at 800 Vinial St. after temporarily closing per prior COVID-19 capacity restrictions. The restaurant has completed Pennsylvania’s self-certification process, pledging to comply with all government-required protective measures and operate at the mandated 50% capacity level.

“We are so happy to be able to open the doors to our Northside location once again,” said Penn’s President and CEO Sandy Cindrich. “We have missed our guests and look forward to welcoming them back.”

Penn will offer its lineup of hand-crafted brews along with a full lunch and dinner menu featuring longtime fan favorites including Schnitzel, brats, and pierogi. Guests may dine in or order meals to go. With the 50% capacity regulation in force, Penn strongly suggests that guests make an advance reservation by calling 412-237-9400, x-120. Additionally, Penn will be accepting reservations for private parties which are slated for December 2020 and beyond, pending the status of state and county COVID regulations.

Hours of operation for Penn’s Northside location will be as follows:
Wednesday – Saturday, 11:30 am – 10 pm
Sunday, noon – 9 pm
Monday-Tuesday, Closed

Penn requires that all guests comply with government health and safety regulations. Guests who do not comply will be requested to exit the premises.

The Brewery’s Pittsburgh International Airport location remains open for dine-in and carryout service from 9 am – 5 pm daily. The Penn Downtown Taproom and Kitchen, located on First Ave., remains closed.
