Real Estate Agent Pairs with Interior Design Company and Art Gallery for Post-COVID Showcase

PITTSBURGH, PA, June 16, 2021 (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — Small businesses are combining forces to emerge from the COVID pandemic successfully. Berkshire Hathaway agent Malinda Koncar has partnered with interior design company Angela Nolfi & Company, as well as art gallery ZYNKA Gallery, to host a three-day showcase as COVID restrictions are released. Independent business owners are trying to regain a foothold and emerge strong despite the toll the pandemic took on their income.

 

A competitive condo unit became available for sale on the Southside as people began migrating to more suburban areas. Sellers, hoping for a quick sale, knew that they needed to be distinguished from the standard market. Nolfi was brought in to assist in the condo standing out from the competition. Agent Malinda brainstormed with the Nolfi team, Angela and Alessandra Nolfi, and Zach Slaughter, bringing on an additional partner, Jeff Jarzynka from ZYNKA Gallery.

 

Together the group created an exclusive event to showcase the condo and the small business owners’ work. The condo will host a three-in-one event: open house, interior design showcase, and art show. The condo will be available to tour for potential home buyers looking for a two-bed, two-bath, pet-friendly loft. Staging concepts, furniture, and interior design can be viewed and discussed with designers for anyone looking to upgrade their current home. ZYNKA Gallery will be providing a series of colorful, minimalist, modern paintings by local artist Todd Keyser. The works will be on display for art enthusiasts and will be available for purchase.

 

The Condos, Cocktails, Art, & Interior Design Open will be held Thursday and Friday, June 17 and 18, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday, June 19, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Historic Bedford School Loft Condos, 910 Bingham St., Pittsburgh, PA.
