ANDERSON INTERIORS ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF EASLEY & RIVERS FURNITURE DIVISION
PITTSBURGH, PA, March 24, 2022, (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — Anderson Interiors, a leader in transforming everyday workplaces into functional and fashionable workspaces for over four decades announced today its plan to enter into a definitive agreement to acquire the furniture division of Easley & Rivers (E&R). E&R has a 60-year history of excellence in construction services and expanded into contract furniture 30 years ago. The acquisition will enable internal growth opportunities for the Anderson organization with the addition of the talented team of the E&R Furniture Division. As Anderson expands their contract furniture team; E&R will focus keenly on their roots in interior construction.
