PITTSBURGH, PA, July 27, 2022 (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — Stack’d ownership has retained Specialty Bar & Restaurant Brokers to sell their Hampton location. Broker, Terri Sokoloff stated “Due to the staffing shortages and impact from the pandemic, it made sense to close this location and put it up for sale.”

 

The Stack’d team is focused on running the other locations that have been established longer and are focused in the Oakland and Shadyside neighborhoods. “They’re also expanding the CHiKN concept, so strategically this made the most sense to sell the youngest location and shift emphasis on the other locations,” says Sokoloff.

 

Stack’d Hampton has been open for almost 5 years.  It is a 7,800 SF space and boasts a large bar, open dining room, fully equipped kitchen and garage doors that lead out onto a nicely sized patio with a fire pit. “I can see someone doing a brewery concept in the space with the ceiling height and layout.  It’s a great suburban market with young families, shopping and close proximity to the turnpike,” states Sokoloff.

 

The space is currently configured to seat 125 patrons and is flexible for many concepts. The current price for the business assets is $295,000.
