PITTSBURGH, PA, October 13, 2025 (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — The 6th Annual SWAG (Social Worker Appreciation of Greatness) Awards is proud to announce this year’s nominees, honoring the heart work of social workers and organizations across Western Pennsylvania.

Founded by licensed clinical social worker, author, and speaker Sharise Nance, the SWAG Awards uplift the often-unseen contributions of social workers—those who provide essential care, advocacy, and healing in our communities.

This year marks a milestone with the addition of a new category recognizing organizations that employ social workers while prioritizing their wellbeing, growth, and sustainability.

The celebration will culminate at the 6th Annual SWAG Awards Ceremony on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Sheraton Station Square in Pittsburgh.
