Coca Café is a unique space run by business partners Melanie Ritchey and Carrie Rudolph. These women have put their heart and soul into this restaurant to make it one of the most popular brunch destinations in Pittsburgh. They have been around longer than we have in the industry and we have trust and confidence in their ability to help us during this transition and make a successful exit”.
This boutique space on Lawrenceville’s bustling Butler Street is around 1300 square feet, seats approximately 50 guests with a small outdoor seating area, and boasts a well-equipped kitchen, coffee bar, and spacious basement for lots of storage. The sale includes the furniture, fixtures, equipment, and liquor license. They will consider reasonable offers on the business.
