NEXTIER BANK ADDS COMMERCIAL LENDER TO GROWING TEAM

BUTLER, PA (PittsburghNewsWire.com) — NexTier Bank recently announced the addition of Daniel Baronick as Senior Vice President and North Central Pennsylvania Market Manager.

Before joining NexTier Bank, Baronick served as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Banker for S & T Bank.  His 14 years of commercial lending experience will be instrumental in developing the North Central Region, including DuBois, Brookville, Marion Center, Indiana, and Punxsutawney region for NexTier Bank.

Baronick attended Slippery Rock University and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Banking.  Additionally, he attended the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science and is associated with the Baronick Funeral Home and Crematorium in DuBois.   He is also actively involved in the community with the DuBois Little League, DuBois Dream Youth Girls’ Basketball, DuBois Donkeys Travel Baseball Team, ICAA Small College Baseball and Softball World Series, and the St. Joseph’s Church Outreach Dinner for the Needy.  Baronick is also active with the United Way and is a member of the DuBois Volunteer Fire Department.
